Adelaide Wedding VIDEOGRAPHER
Wedding films of light, silence, and the moments
you'll forget you had.

Most wedding videos look the same. The drone shot of the venue. The slow-motion of the dress. The kiss in dramatic music.
Beautiful for fifteen seconds.
Forgotten in a year.
The films we make for Adelaide couples are different because we shoot for the moments between the moments. Your dad wiping his eyes during the speech. Your best friend laughing too hard at the wrong joke. The look you give each other right before the ceremony starts. Real audio. Honest editing. No music supervisor's idea of what your wedding should sound like.
Final film delivered within eight weeks, not eight months.

Local Adelaide videographer, backed by a studio
Serkan films every Adelaide wedding we cover. He's lived and worked in Adelaide for years and knows the venues, the light, and the way local weddings actually run. Behind him is Jay Chubby Wedding, the studio that built the films you see on this page.
Not three months later. A short cut delivered within seven days while the full edit is still being colour graded.
Same-week sneak peek
- Hey, I'm Serkan!
“They were such a wonderful part of our celebration and made us feel so comfortable throughout the day. We absolutely love our photos. We didn’t realise we were such a handsome couple until we saw them.”

★★★★★
Your wedding, as it actually felt.
Weddings move quickly. The morning runs into the ceremony, the ceremony into the speeches, the speeches into a dance floor that ends before you know it started. You will not remember all of it. That is the point of the film.
Serkan shoots documentary through the day. Quiet, unobtrusive, letting the wedding be the wedding. The editing happens afterwards, cinematically, with pacing and structure built around your moments. Every film is cut from scratch. No template, no preset, no reusing last week's couple's rhythm on yours.
And the sound. Lavalier mics on both partners, a backup recorder at the altar, discrete mics during speeches. Crystal clear audio so your vows stay your vows in five years, not a low hum under the music.
You live the day. We make the film 🖤

Best Adelaide Wedding Videography Locations
We film across all of Adelaide and within 100km of the CBD without travel fees. These are the locations Serkan shoots most often, with notes on how each one moves on film.
Adelaide Hills
Mount Lofty House, The Lane Vineyard, Stirling Hotel, Bridgewater Mill. The Hills are Adelaide's most filmed wedding region for a reason. Cool climate light, eucalyptus canopies, and venues with proper architectural character. The drive from the CBD is only thirty minutes which means we can scout the venue properly the morning of the wedding. Late afternoon ceremonies catch the light through the gum trees in a way that doesn't happen anywhere else in South Australia.
Barossa Valley
Seppeltsfield, Chateau Tanunda, The Louise, Lambert Estate, Kingsford Homestead. The Barossa films like a movie set. Stone heritage buildings, long vineyard rows that drone footage was made for, and golden hour light that lasts almost an hour in summer. Travel from Adelaide is around 75 minutes so for full day coverage Serkan often stays overnight nearby. Best paired with The Full Story or The Epic packages.
Mount Lofty & Summit
Mount Lofty Summit, Cleland Wildlife Park, Mount Lofty Botanic Garden. Above the city, looking down. Mount Lofty Summit at sunset gives you a panoramic backdrop that no other Adelaide location matches. Cleland and the Botanic Garden offer cooler, more intimate settings with native flora that doesn't appear in any stock footage. Often paired with a Hills venue for the ceremony and a Summit visit during golden hour for portraits.
Adelaide Botanic Garden, Ayers House, The Lane, Eos by SkyCity. The CBD wedding scene has grown significantly in the last three years. Botanic Garden's Palm House and the Bicentennial Conservatory both film beautifully with available light. Best filmed in the cooler months when the harsh midday sun isn't an issue. CBD venues also mean less travel and more time spent on portraits during the gap between ceremony and reception.
Adelaide CBD & North Terrace
Coriole Vineyards, Beresford Estate, The Currant Shed, Maxwell Wines, Serafino. Closer to the city than the Barossa and right against the coast. The light here changes faster than in the Hills because of the sea breeze. We bring backup audio for outdoor ceremonies because the wind off the Gulf is unpredictable. Drone footage genuinely earns its keep because you can frame vineyards and ocean in the same shot.
McLaren Vale
Clare Valley
Skillogalee, Sevenhill Cellars, Martindale Hall. The Clare is further north than most Adelaide couples expect, around two hours from the CBD. But the venues here have a quietness that you don't get in the Barossa. Less polished, more lived in. Travel beyond the 100km radius is itemised in the quote, but for couples who want the Clare specifically, the drive is part of the film. Long open roads, vineyards stretching to the horizon, country light that holds longer in the afternoon.
Victor Harbor, Port Elliot, Goolwa, Middleton, Inman Valley. The Fleurieu is Adelaide's coastal wedding answer to the Mornington Peninsula. Travel is around 90 minutes from the CBD. Granite Island, Petrel Cove, and the cliffs around Newland Head film extraordinarily well in afternoon light. The wind off the Southern Ocean is the main variable. We plan ceremony positioning around it rather than against it.
Fleurieu Peninsula
Glenelg & Adelaide Coast
Glenelg Beach, Stamford Grand, The Sebel, Henley Beach. Coastal city weddings without leaving the metropolitan area. Late afternoon light off the water at Glenelg or Henley gives you the strongest natural backlight you'll find in Adelaide. The wind is louder than it looks, so we always run a backup recorder for vows. Best for couples who want a coastal feel without driving to the Fleurieu.
Carrick Hill & Springfield
Carrick Hill, Mount Osmond, the Eastern foothills suburbs. Tudor architecture, sweeping lawns, gardens that look like an English estate dropped into the Adelaide Hills. Carrick Hill in particular films beautifully because the building itself is a character. Twenty minutes from the CBD and rarely overshot, which means your film won't look like every other Adelaide wedding from the year.
Kangaroo Island
Southern Ocean Lodge, Vivonne Bay, Stokes Bay, Snelling Beach. KI weddings are a different category. Ferry transport, multi day shoots, sometimes drone footage of coastline you can't get anywhere else in Australia. Travel is itemised in the quote and we usually arrive a day before the wedding to scout properly. Best paired with The Full Story or The Epic and a couple who's planning their wedding as a destination event for guests.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book our wedding videographer?
For Adelaide weddings between October and April, Serkan is typically booked 6 to 9 months ahead. Off peak dates (May to August, weekday weddings) often have shorter lead times. If your date is close, ask anyway. We keep a small number of last minute slots for couples who reach out directly.
Cinematic or documentary - what's the difference?
Cinematic edits are shorter (5-7 minutes), music-led, and emotionally curated. Documentary edits are longer (1-2 hours), capture full ceremonies and speeches, and use real audio throughout. I shoot documentary on the day and edit cinematically, so you get both - the highlight reel for sharing and the full record for keeping.
Is drone footage included?
Drone footage is included in The Epic (12 hours). It's available as an add on for The Ceremony and The Full Story, subject to CASA airspace rules and venue permission. Some Adelaide venues, particularly inner city, don't permit drones, and we'll tell you upfront if yours is one. The Hills, Barossa, and McLaren Vale generally do permit drone footage and it adds genuine production value to those landscapes.
How long until we get the final film?
A short teaser film (30 to 50 seconds) within 14 days, your full highlight film within five weeks, and the documentary edit (where applicable) delivered alongside it.
No multi-month waits.
Will you work alongside our photographer?
Yes. Serkan works with other photographers' crews regularly across Adelaide. He'll connect with yours before the day to coordinate the ceremony angles, the portrait timing, and how the two crews move during speeches. The goal is your photographer and our videographer never end up in each other's shots, and you never feel like you're being herded by two different teams.
Do you travel beyond Adelaide?
Every package includes 100km round trip from Adelaide CBD without travel fees. That covers the Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, the Barossa Valley, and most of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Beyond that range (Clare Valley, Kangaroo Island, Limestone Coast) travel is itemised in the quote. We also film weddings in Melbourne and interstate.
What happens if it rains?
Every Adelaide videographer needs a wet weather plan, and we build one with you 4 to 6 weeks before the day. Most venues have indoor backups. For outdoor ceremonies, Serkan arrives with weatherproof audio and can cover an indoor pivot without losing footage quality.
How much does an Adelaide wedding videographer cost?
Adelaide wedding videography typically ranges from around A$1,500 for elopement coverage to A$7,000+ for premium full day packages with multiple cinematographers. Our packages start at A$1,350 for The Elopement (2 hours) and go up to A$5,590 for The Epic (12 hours, two videographers, drone). The Full Story at A$3,790 is what most full day Adelaide couples book.
