For everyone who can’t be there

Grandparents overseas, friends interstate, the cousin who couldn’t get the day off. They watch your ceremony as it happens, hear every word of the vows and send their love while you’re still at the altar.

How it works

Before the day We run a tech check with your venue, so the connection is planned well before anyone presses play.

On the day A stream operator runs your broadcast with a lapel microphone on your celebrant and a 4G/5G backup in case the venue Wi-Fi drops. You send one link to everyone who can't be there, and nobody at the wedding has to touch a thing.

Afterwards The recording of your ceremony comes to you, so anyone who couldn't watch live can still see it.

Who it's for

The grandparents who can't make the flight. The friends interstate, the family on the other side of the world setting an alarm for five in the morning, and the guest who wakes up unwell on the day. A stream doesn't replace being there, but it puts them in the room for the moment that matters most.

It's also the gentlest way to share a small wedding. A registry ceremony or an elopement can stay intimate in the room while everyone else watches from home.

Already booking videography?

Then your video team is already there. Added to a videography or photo and video collection, the ceremony stream is $590: your video team broadcasts it from a dedicated professional camera, and you keep the full ceremony recording as well as your film.

The Live Story, Multi-Cam and All-Day streams below are for couples who'd like the stream on its own.

Why couples book us

Our video team is behind every stream, Jay in Melbourne and Serkan in Adelaide, and each stream has someone watching the picture and the sound from the first note to the last.

A person on the stream
Each stream has an operator watching the picture and the sound from start to finish, so nobody at home misses the vows.
Sound they can hear
A lapel microphone on your celebrant carries the vows clearly, not the echo of the room.
A backup connection
We check the connection with your venue before the day, and a 4G/5G backup steps in if the venue Wi-Fi drops.
The recording to keep
Your full ceremony is recorded and delivered afterwards, so anyone who slept through it can still watch.

★★★★★

Jay and Sofia were absolutely fantastic. They were such a wonderful part of our celebration and made us feel so comfortable throughout the day. We absolutely love our photos. We didn’t realise we were such a handsome couple until we saw them.

Questions couples ask

Where can our guests watch?
On a private link or on your own YouTube, Instagram or Facebook. The Multi-Cam and All-Day streams can go to more than one place at once and add a private, password-protected viewing page.
How many cameras are there?
One on The Live Story, two on the Multi-Cam (a wide and a close-up, switched live) and up to three on the All-Day.
Can the speeches be streamed as well?
Yes. The Multi-Cam streams the ceremony and the speeches, and the All-Day carries on through the speeches, the first dance and the key moments of the reception.
Do we get a recording?
Yes. Every stream includes the recording of your ceremony afterwards. The Multi-Cam and All-Day recordings are edited, and the All-Day adds a highlight clip for social media.
What does our venue need to have?
Very little. We run a tech check with your venue before the day to plan the connection.
What if the internet drops?
A 4G/5G backup connection steps in if the venue Wi-Fi drops, and your ceremony is still recorded in full for you to keep.
Can we add a stream to our videography booking?
Yes. Added to a videography or photo and video collection, the ceremony stream is $590. Your video team broadcasts it from a dedicated professional camera, and you keep the full ceremony recording.
Do you stream in Adelaide and Melbourne?
Yes, in both cities and wherever we travel for a wedding.
