What we collect

• Enquiries. When you use our enquiry form or the quote builder, we receive the details you enter: names, contact details, your wedding date and venue, and anything you tell us about the day. The enquiry form is provided by HoneyBook, which we use to manage bookings.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, such as which pages people visit and how they move through them. These tools use cookies and similar technologies.
• Advertising. We use Google Ads and an OpenAI advertising pixel to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, prepare your quote and, if you book, to plan and deliver your wedding. We don't sell your information, and we only share it with the services that help us do this work, such as HoneyBook for bookings and payments.

Emails from us

When you send an enquiry through our form or the quote builder, you agree to hear from us by email: about your enquiry and your wedding, and also our news, new real weddings and the occasional offer. We send these emails with Hostinger Reach. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and once you use it we stop. We never sell or share your email address.

Photos and films of your wedding

We only publish a wedding on this site with the couple's permission. If you'd like a photograph or story removed, email us and we'll take it down.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
